Advice for puppy’s shots being behind?

I got 2 puppies in Jan. I took them right away to the vet and got all their shots and meds. I continued every time I was supposed to until I lost my job. I can’t even pay my house payment and it’s 3 months behind now. I am starting to get back on my feet with a new job and I really wanna get my pups back into the vet. It’s been since April that I’ve had the money. I noticed one pup has bugs crawling on her, probably lice. Can I get lice med cheap over the counter? Or have to go to the vet? Also, if I take my pups in after missing several months, will they just start their shots all over, or just catch them up? Will they insist on a heartworm test first? I still don’t have much money, but want to get my pups back in vet’s care. I could use some advice. Is there a lice shampoo or lice treatment for when they already have lice?

I have tried the low cost clinics and the waiting list is weeks long, maybe even months long. I don’t wanna wait that long again.
