will can they kill you? my kids have them, i have no nit come no shampoo and conditioner, is there any other way to kill them no nit comb very poor

tried different nit shampoo nuffin works they go for a week and then come back from school Head Lice killing shampoo has been used and there are supposedly fewer nits present. Should the child be allowed to return? Or should the parent keep the child home until they are nit free which could take up to 3 weeks? I have did these so far; |
