How Do I Get Rid Of Lice Eggs On Goats?

my goats have lice and im pretty sure they are all dead but i cant get the eggs out. . . . . . also can u use human head lice shampoo on them? if not what things could i use to get rid of them. . . . . NOT any dust though. . . only people with experience please!
